Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location was close to key points of interest, and access to the facility was easy. Prior communication with Emmanuel was excellent, to give us up-to-date information, especially when we had to be moved from Achimota to Shiashie. He did so well
Negative: The check-in was so hectic and embarrassing. My colleagues (from other subsidiaries) got there, and they were not allowed to check in. The receptionist at the new apartment in Shiashie didn't even try to call me, but left my colleagues to wait till I came and made the payment before they could be attended to
